I have presented workshops on a variety of subjects for both a local college Counselling Studies department and also an independent counselling organisation. Below are some of the workshops I can provide. Charges for workshops vary and I will discount for charitable organisations. Please contact me for further details. My workshops have a time structure but this can be tailored to meet clients needs as requested. I have a variety of display materials including flipchart and PowerPoint presentations as well as individual and group demonstrations.

 
Meditation Workshop

A general overview of meditation with some practical examples and experiences. This workshop is ideal for people who are looking for an introduction to meditation and relaxation. This workshop usually lasts for 90 minutes.

Hypnotherapy Workshop

This workshop incorporates NLP principals along with meditation and hypnotherapy techniques. People who are interested in learning more about self hypnosis and relaxation have found this workshop very beneficial. This workshop usually lasts for 2 hours.

Neuro Linguistic Programming Workshop

A general introduction into Neuro Linguistic Programming and general uses.
This workshop is aimed at people who have an interest in learning more about NLP. This workshop usually lasts for 3 hours.
