I practice hypnotherapy in a completely confidential and professional manner. Generally anyone who is interested can have hypnotherapy but people tend to come for the following reasons:
Anxiety, confidence building, phobias, smoking cessation, unwanted habits and weight loss. If you have any concerns that I have not listed above, please contact me and if I feel that I am not suitable for you, I will try and refer you to someone better placed.

07531 277 525. Appointments can be arranged for day, evening or weekends. A usual appointment will last for approx an hour and will cost £35. A specialised smoking cessation appointment will last for 90 minutes and will cost £45. Payments can be made through Paypal, cash or bankers draft. A CD recording will be made during the session and will be given to you to take home and listen to to help reinforce the positive suggestions.
