I have attended a local college to deliver talks on relaxation, meditation, NLP and hypnotherapy. Below is a selection of feedback I received.
 
 
 
Found it really interesting. Run in a very relaxed and calm, friendly manner. Good balance, enough to whet the appetite to know more.

Lots of different information and deeper understanding of the subject of meditation. Learnt more even though I have used meditation in the past.

It was very relaxing. Kasi ran through what she would be doing, I thought she explained well. Interesting. Lots of relaxing techniques. It was useful seeing how counsellors can use these therapies for clients. I felt energised afterwards. Enjoyed and found it useful.

I enjoyed the session – very informative. Found it useful – the four states of mind. Good variety of resources on show. A good mix of experience in Reiki and Hypnotherapy. I particularly liked the test a.b.c. (see NLP Predicates) and it made me think about client diversity and developing my own flexibility.

Very informative, relaxation guided fantasy worked good. Kasi was warm and enthusiastic. Content was varied and flowed and informative and stimulating.

Good balance of theory and practice, enjoyed demonstration - scaling fear.
 
Relaxing, informative and enjoyable. It was extremely effective to see Kasi show us how to desensitise using movie method and take us through the relaxation process.
